harity Clay Shoot NY, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

The company raises funds for New York Metro charities by organizing sporting clay outings for the real estate and facilities industries. The company also manages charitable events for organizations supporting other business sectors.

Charity Clays has raised tens of thousands of dollars for non-profits including the International Facility Management Association - Long Island Chapter, Habitat for Humanity of Long Island, the Long Island American Heart Association, and Hard Hats with Heart.

Our events have been attended by hundreds of participants and hosted at Suffolk County Clays in Yaphank, New York.

Executive Board

Richard Neuman

Richard Neuman is Lead Project Manager, Capital Projects with National Grid in the Downstate New York Region. In his role, he leads stakeholders facing large and small construction projects through the seemingly daunting, chaotic design, construction, or relocation process.  He provides advisory for real estate projects such as fit-out, expansion, repositioning, relocation, and ground-up developments and serves as liaison and facilitator between end-users, design teams, contractors, and vendors.



Myko is a NY based photographer creating beautiful images of architecture, people, products and jewelry for over 30 years.  A critical eye and attention to detail in meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations has been his calling card.  Taking great care to understand his client’s needs and make sure the finished images fill the purpose for which they were created; the essence of commercial photography. Coming up on film and embracing digital workflow combines traditional techniques with modern tech, producing stunning results.
